The top on the list is Boulder, Colorado with population of 279,897 Ages 25 and older with a bachelor’s degree or higher: 52.92% with a Ph.D.: 3.97%, with a professional degree: 3.14% and that graduated high school: 92.89%

Second is Bethesda, Maryland. It has a population of 1,158,319. Ages25 and older with a bachelor’s degree or higher: 49.88%, with a Ph.D.: 4.30%, with a professional degree: 5.60% and that graduated high school: 89.92%.

Third is Ithaca, N.Y. with the population of 103,641. Ages 25 and older with a bachelor’s degree or higher: 48.99%, with a Ph.D.: 7.90%, with a professional degree: 3.26% and that graduated high school: 91.64%.

Fourth on the list is Ann Arbor, Michigan. Population: 345,128. Ages 25 and older with a bachelor’s degree or higher: 47.90%, with a Ph.D.: 4.64%, with a professional degree: 3.75% and that graduated high school: 91.59%
