History of Anklets
An anklet or bracelet is a type of jewelry that is worn around the ankles. In India, anklets have been worn by unmarried women for centuries and it has started to become fashionable ever since the late twentieth century. The most popular anklets can be considered gold anklet for diamonds are usually not used in anklets.
Metal anklets are either flexible or inflexible. The flexible ones are made of chains that are tying with each other. On the other hand, the inflexible metal anklets are used from flat metal sheets that are sliced and bend.
