One dog re-enters the list after a 75-year absence, but it can’t beat the top dog - the bull dog, that reentered after many years of absence. The American Kennel Club has released its annual list of the United States most popular dog breeds. The biggest surprise was that Bulldog had muscled its way into the top 10. Topping the list of most popular dog breed was the Labrador Retriever — top dog since 1991
